What are the arrival and departure times? 

To respect your privacy, entry and exit are discreet.
Arrival is from 5pm and departure before 12am the following day.. 

Is parking available?

The entrance to the gite is via an indoor parking lot.  This is at the rear of the building, in the street parallel to the main road. Here’s the address: 29, Rue des jardins – 6600 Bastogne

How to get to The Shelf?

Entry is via a keypad located to the right of the garage door.  This code will enable you to unlock the garage door as well as the entrance door to the gite.  It will be sent to you by e-mail on the morning or the day before you enter your rental.

Is smoking allowed in the gite?

No, smoking is not permitted in the gite. You’ll find garden furniture with an ashtray on the terrace, where you can smoke in a discreet environment. 

Are pets allowed in the gite?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept them for hygiene reasons.

Do I have to clean up before leaving the gite?

No, end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price of the night(s). However, we ask that you leave the gite in good condition.  An inventory will be available in the kitchen.  In the event of proven damage, a supplement may be deducted from the security deposit. 

What to do if we encounter a problem on site?

What is the loveroom and how is it equipped?

This room is dedicated to love in all its forms. It is discreet and secret. It’s fully equipped to satisfy your couple’s every desire. The atmosphere is hushed and intimate. You’ll find a tantra armchair, a St. Andrew’s cross, mirrors, SM accessories and a display case with single-use material that we sell as an extra for those who want it. We ask that you refrain from distributing photos of this room.
